Excellent sized and en suite rooms, absolutely fabulous views of the sea. The location was perfect and stunning close to the beach and a 15-minute walk to the centre. Liked famous area.

Brand-new room, we had double room, with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and central heating.

Our double room was decorated in the cosy design. The breakfast was marvellous, with lots of food options. The location was marvellous, for example, an exotic palace was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. You could walk

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Brighton. I had a such great stay at this small hotel. The rooms were bright and well cleaned with hypoallergenic pillows and fabulous views.

Our room was compact with a fabulous view of the sea. The hotel's location was particularly good and lovely, near Brighton town centre, cafe's, and the seafront and brekkie. Spent our evenings in nearby

The room was compact and airy with private bathroom. As for me, the location was great, not far from the sea and Brighton Pier and the pier and the marina. Had nice dainties 

Pleasant clean hotel with polite staff who made the stay a such great experience. Location - marvellous close enough to the sea and relativeky close to nany attractions as well as the beach and the pier. 

The hotel was perfect little and pleasant and located in an ideal area. The room was excellent sized, and practical, with tea and coffee making equipment, a multi-channel TV, and an iPod dock.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, just off St James's Street and only a few minutes walk from the seaside. It was perfect for us because we wanted to be in a quieter residential area away from the hustle 

En suite rooms with comfy bed and good service. Fab and perfectly comfortable location, calm area.

Staff were accommodating and breakfast was savoury.

Unbeatable location, 15 minutes' walk to Marina. Close to Brighton, a quiet area and Kemptown.
